Mark Arthur Lawson, age 60, of Lawrenceburg, KY passed away on Monday, March 16, 2026, at the UK Hospital in Lexington, KY. He was born August 29, 1965, at Campton, KY and was the son of the late Ralph and Verma Trent Lawson.
He is survived by his ex-wife: Annette Osborne of West Liberty, KY. Three sons: Mark Lawson, Jr of West Liberty, KY; Curtis Elders of Georgetown, KY and Sean Jarrell of Morehead, KY. One daughter: Heather (Josh) Wray of Owenton, KY. One brother: Ralph (Susan) Lawson of Lawrenceburg, KY and two sisters: Twyla (Jeff) Fannin and Mary (Jimmy) Dean, both of Lawrenceburg, KY. Five grandchildren: Jacob Johns, Lilly Johns, Mark Lawson, Hunter Lawson, Mikayla Lawson. Three step grandchildren. He is also survived by a host of other relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, March 21, 2026, at Noon at Deaton Funeral Home Chapel with Steve Grabosch officiating. Burial in the Lawson Cemetery at Mt. Carmel, KY. Visitation will begin at 11:00 am until time of service. Deaton Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
