Auburn Lawton Hatton, age 59 of Georgetown, Ky entered eternal rest on Saturday, August, 15, 2026 at his home.
Auburn was born March 12, 1967 in Kettering, Ohio to the late A.B. and Mary Hatton. The family moved to Jackson, Kentucky in 1969. He attended school in Breathitt County and graduated from Breathitt High School in 1985. He joined the Air Force in 1988 and proudly served our country. After sometime he was hired at Toyota and retired from there.
He enjoyed spending time with his loved ones, his pets and listening to music. He had a passion for nature and animals and always sought to help people in need. He supported various veteran organizations and the Humane Society.
He had two special pets; Mika, the german shepherd and Wednesday, the cat. He was preceded in death by his parents and many beloved family members. He is survived by his fiancee, Melissa Karr; son, Michael Hatton; daughter, Rachel Hatton Anderson; sister, Shirley Mays and a host of relatives and friends.
Visitation for Auburn will be held Tuesday, August 18, 2026 at the Breathitt Funeral Home from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM with his funeral service scheduled for Wednesday, August 19, 2026 at 1:00 PM with Dennis Creech officiating.
Burial will follow in the Jackson Cemetery with family and friends serving as pallbearers.
