Anna Spicer Creech, born May 4, 1947 at Canoe, Kentucky passed away Friday, October 31, 2025 at her home at the age of 79.
She was preceded in death by her loving husband, George Donald "Don" Creech; her parents, Ed Spicer and Sara Costello Spicer; her brothers George Spicer, John Spicer, Mick Spicer and Rocky Spicer, as well as her sister Carol Spicer.
A dedicated homemaker and high school graduate, Anna found solace in working on crossword puzzles and enjoying the heartfelt stories on the Hallmark movie channel.
Anna is survived by her sons, Jason "Jake" McIntosh and George "DJ" Creech, brothers, Johnny and Larry Spicer, sisters, Janice Boggs, Sharon Little and Golden McIntosh, as well as her cherished grandchildren, Brooklyn Dunn and Trey Creech.
Visitation for Anna is scheduled for Wednesday, November 5, 2025 at the Breathitt Funeral Home Chapel from 5:00 PM - 9:00 PM with funeral service to be held Thursday, November 6, at the Breathitt Funeral Home at 1:00 PM with Larry Spicer officiating. Burial will follow in the Jackson Cemetery with family and friends serving as pallbearers.
Anna Spicer Creech will be fondly remembered for her kind spirit, love for her family and her simple pleasures in life. Her presence will be dearly missed, but her memory will live on forever in the hearts of those who knew and loved her. May she rest in eternal peace.
