Jimmy Raymond Ritchie

Jimmy Raymond Ritchie, age 71, of Campton, KY passed away on Wednesday, June 4, 2025, at the St. Joseph Hospital in Lexington, KY.  He was born June 7, 1953, in Hazard, KY and was the son of the late Sewell and Molly Back Ritchie.  He also was preceded in death by brothers:  John Paul Ritchie, Robert Ford Ritchie, Clarence Dale Ritchie, Ronnie James Ritchie, Sewell Ritchie, Jr.  His sisters:  Barbara Ritchie and Annie Sue Ritchie.  He is survived by his wife: Peggy Sue Williams Ritchie of Campton, KY.  One son: Skylar Ritchie of Campton, KY; Three daughters: Shannon Cole and Amanda Ritchie (Buddy Cox), both of Campton, KY and Nicole (John) Combs of Jackson, KY.  Brother: Tommy R. Ritchie of Rogers, KY and two sisters:  Linda Stidham and Judy Patton, both of Rogers, KY.  Grandchildren:  Tanisha Bonham, Kendra Combs, Emma Cole, Riley Ritchie, Kaleb Cole, Arianna Cole, Wesley Cox, Molly Cox.  Great grandchildren:  Evelyn Bonham and Nora Bonham.  He is also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, many other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be held on Sunday, June 8, 2025, at 1:00 pm at Deaton Funeral Home Chapel with Roland Stidham officiating.  Burial in Jackson Cemetery.  Visitation will begin on Saturday from 5:00-9:00 pm.  Deaton Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.  Pallbearers: Family and Friends.
