Zachary Gross and Laura Cain: Count I: operating motor vehicle under influence controlled substance, when he knowingly and unlawfully was operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of a controlled substance.
Count II: wanton endangerment 1st degree. When he wantonly engaged in conduct which created a substantial danger of death or serious physical injury to SC and AC while driving under the influence.
Count III: wanton endangerment 1st degree. When he wantonly engaged in conduct which created a substantial danger of death or serious physical injury to SC and AC while driving under the influence.
Count IV: public intoxication controlled substance, excluding alcohol, when Laura Cain committed the offense of public intoxication controlled substance, excluding alcohol, when she appeared in a public place manifestly under the influence of a controlled substance.

Hudson: Count I: burglary 2nd degree, when he knowingly and unlawfully entered the residence of Justin Combs, without permission and with the intent to commit a crime; Count II: persistent felony offender 1st, when at the time of the commission of the offense in the above offense, he had a previous felony conviction in Breathitt County.Bail: criminal summons, arraignment date June 20, 2025 at 10 a.m.
 
Alan Hollon: Count I: rape 1st domestic violence, when he forced his girlfriend Hester Bailey into having sexual intercourse with him when she did not want to.
Bail: $5,000 cash, WOA.
 
Fitch Vires: Count I: persistent felony offender 1st, committed the offense of persistent felony offender in the first degree when at the time of the commission of the offense in Breathitt, he had a pervious felony conviction in Breathitt County indictment.
Bail: $25,000.
 
Jeremiah Hobbs: Count I: theft by unlawful taking, disposition of all other firearms, when he knowingly and unlawfully stole a semiautomatic 22 caliber rifle from David Eversole, valued at $1,2000, without permission.
Count II: theft by unlawful taking disposition all others, when he knowingly and unlawfully stole multiple items from David Eversole, valued at $400.00 without permission.
Count III: persistent felony offender 1st, when, at the time of the commission of the offense in Breathitt, he had previous felony convictions in Owsley County and Wolfe County indictments.
Bail: $5,000 WOA.
 
Lucas Wilder: Count I: wanton endangerment 1st degree, when he wantonly engaged in conduct which created a substantial danger of death or serious physical injury to Darlene Peck, Robert David, and Aeryn Noble when he shot a gun multiple times in their direction.
Count II: wanton endangerment 1st degree, when he wantonly engaged in conduct which created a substantial danger of death or serious physical injury to Darlene Peck, Robert David, and Aeryn Noble when he shot a gun multiple times in their direction.
Count III: wanton endangerment 1st degree, when he wantonly engaged in conduct which created a substantial danger of death or serious physical injury to Darlene Peck, Robert David, and Aeryn Noble when he shot a gun multiple times in their direction.

Count III: reckless driving, when he was operating a motor vehicle driving on the wrong side of the road and at a high rate of speed;
Count IV: no registration receipt, when he failed to have a registration receipt for his motor vehicle;
Count V: wanton endangerment 1st degree, police officer, when he wantonly engaged in conduct which created a substantial danger of death or physical injury to Officer Michael Robinson by driving recklessly and at a high rate of speed.
Count VI: wanton endangerment 1st degree, police officer, when he wantonly engaged in conduct which created a substantial danger of death or physical injury to Officer Jeramie Long by driving recklessly and at a high rate of speed.
Count VII: wanton endangerment 1st degree, police officer, when he wantonly engaged in conduct which created a substantial danger of death or physical injury to Sgt. Whittaker by driving recklessly and at a high rate of speed.
Count VIII: wanton endangerment 1st degree, police officer, when he wantonly engaged in conduct which created a substantial danger of death or physical injury to Trooper K. Coffee by driving recklessly and at a high rate of speed.
Count IX: wanton endangerment 1st degree, police officer, when he wantonly engaged in conduct which created a substantial danger of death or physical injury to Constable Ronnie Begley by driving recklessly and at a high rate of speed.
Count X: wanton endangerment 1st degree, police officer, when he wantonly engaged in conduct which created a substantial danger of death or physical injury to Lucas Turner by driving recklessly and at a high rate of speed.

Count XVII: wanton endangerment 1st degree, when he wantonly endangered S.T. by fleeing recklessly and at a high rate of speed in his vehicle while she was still in the vehicle.
Count XVIII: wanton endangerment 1st degree, when he wantonly endangered Dalton Ritchie by fleeing recklessly and at a high rate of speed in his vehicle while he was still in the vehicle.
Count XIX: possession of marijuana, when he knowingly and unlawfully possessed marijuana.
Count XX: no operator’s license, when he failed to have a valid operator’s license.
Count XXI: unlawful transaction with a minor 1st, when he knowingly and unlawfully induced, assisted, or caused a minor, H.W., to be in danger due to her being in the care while fleeing from the police.
Count XXII: unlawful transaction with a minor 1st, when he knowingly and unlawfully induced, assisted, or caused a minor, S.T., to be in danger due to her being in the care while fleeing from the police.
