Karen Denise Moore

Karen Denise Moore, age 56, of Whick, KY passed away on Friday, April 18, 2025, at her residence.  She was born July 17, 1968, in Lexington, KY and was preceded in death by her father:  Paul Scolf.  Her husband: Billy Wayne Moore.  Maternal grandparents:  Walter and Sarah Bowling.  Paternal grandmother:  Elizabeth Scolf.  Stepfather: Robert Begley.  She is survived by her mother: Joyce Begley of Whick, KY.  Two daughters:  Brandi Noble of Georgetown, KY and Ashley Noble of TN.  Stepsons:  Joel Moore and Martin Moore, both of Whick, KY.  Stepdaughters:  Stacey Moore and Beverly (Jon) Ward, both of Richmond, KY and Brandy Rice of Jackson, KY. Two sisters: Michele (Norman) Neace and Crystal (Cory) Strong, both of Whick,  KY.  13 grand and step grandchildren:  Martin Moore, Emily Moore, Jacob Rice, Waylon Moore, Eli Rice, Piper Moore, Valkyrie Ward, Maelyn Clair, Randi Clair, Hannah Noble, Seth Noble, Joe Pennington, Joshua Pennington.  Great grandchildren:  Carter Moore and Wesley Rice.  She is also survived by a host of other relatives and friends.  Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, April 22, 2025, at 2:00 pm at Deaton Funeral Home Chapel with Stephen Bowling officiating. Burial in the Moore Family Cemetery, Whick, KY.  Visitation will begin on Tuesday at 11:00 am until time of service.  Pallbearers: Family and Friends.  Deaton Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
