Charlotte F. Bailey

Charlotte F. Bailey, 72, Noctor passed away Wednesday, November 29th, 2023 at the Kentucky River Medical Center in Jackson. She was the daughter of the late Algie and Ida Back Frazier. She was also preceded in death by brothers, William B. "Mack" Frazier, Charles Edward "Rabbit" Frazier, Willis Frazier, Wilford Frazier, Bennie Frazier, John Frazier; sister, Lena Cornett. Charlotte worked for the clinic for 10 years, the bank for 20 years and the courthouse for 18 years. In her spare time, she loved to cook and travel. She enjoyed time with her family, especially her grandsons. She was a member of the Palmer Memorial Church at Noctor. She is survived by her husband of 48 1/2 years, Clarence Bailey; her son, Jesse Charles and wife, Amy Bailey; her grandsons, Caleb Bailey, Caden Bailey, Corbin Bailey. Visitation will be Friday, December 1, 5:00 PM. Funeral will be Sunday, December 3, 1:00 PM with Dennis Creech, Gary Bellamy and David Fletcher officiating. Burial will follow in the Frazier Cemetery at Noctor. Serving as pallbearers will be family and friends.
