Lance Hyde: Count I: Murder, domestic violence, when he intentionally caused the death of his spouse, Jessa A. Hyde, by stabbing her multiple times; Count II: possession of drug paraphernalia, when he knowingly and unlawfully possessed straw and plate with residue.

Jeremy D. Edwards: Count I: flagrant non- support when he persistently failed to provide support for a minor child, accumulating an arrearage of $2,835.00 as of March 1, 2025.

Kayla R. Wilder: Count I: flagrant non -support when he persistently failed to provide support for a minor child, accumulating an arrearage of $10,749.35 as of March 1, 2025.

Mize Neace: Count I: flagrant non-support, when he persistently failed to provide support for a minor child, accumulating an arrearage of $4,580.51 as of March 1, 2025.

Geraldine Turner: Count i: assault 1st degree domestic violence, when she knowingly and unlawfully hit Vernon Fugate multiple times with a metal picture frame, causing serious physical harm to him. 

Jeffery W Noble: Count I: criminal trespassing 3rd degree, when he knowingly entered and remained unlawfully on a premise without permission; Count II: criminal mischief 1st degree, when he intentionally broke out windows of Linda Goff’s home casing damage.

Natasha R. Henson: Count I: theft of identity of another w/o consent, when she knowingly and unlawfully used April Taulbee’s identification when being detained by a police officer.

Fitch Vires: Count I: bail jumping, when he intentionally failed to appear in Breathitt Circuit Court on March 21, 2025,
