Robert Colton Terry

Robert Colton Terry, 34 of Jackson, passed away Thursday, December 12, 2024 at the Kentucky River Medical Center in Jackson.

Colton was a correction officer for Federal Medical Center of Lexington.  In his spare time, he enjoyed hunting, fishing, gardening but most of all spending time with his family.

He was a member of the Have Faith in God Tabernacle and the Wolverine United Methodist Church.

He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Robert Terry.

Colton is survived by his wife of 12 years, Ashley Back Terry; his mother, Cathy (Ricky) Crowe; his grandmother, Ellis Terry; his daughters, Avery Jane Terry and Ella Reese Terry; his brothers, Dylan Griffith, Drake Griffith; his sister, Morgan Griffith; his aunts, Janet (Kevin) Terry and Bobbie (Frank) Spicer; his in-laws, Mary and Scott Elder; his friends, Ernie Hollon and Michael Robinson.

Visitation for Colton will begin Sunday, December 15, 2024 at 11:00 AM and his funeral service will begin at 1:00 PM at the Breathitt Funeral Home with Robert Butler and John Bunn officiating.  He will be laid to rest in the Buddy Terry Cemetery at Jetts Creek with Ernie Hollon, Michael Robinson, Josh Smith, Justin Young, Frank Spicer, Jared Spicer, Kevin Terry, Roy Terry, Rick Crowe, Dylan Griffith and Drake Griffith serving as pallbearers.
