Patricia Colleen Fugate, age 74, of Fugates Fork, Hardshell, KY passed away on Wednesday, April 15, 2026, at the Wells Hospice Care Center in Hazard, KY. She was born March 18, 1952, in Chicago, IL and was the daughter of the late John and Jean Back Barnett. She was preceded also in death by her husband: Willard Fugate. Brothers: John Andrew Barnett and Earl Barnett. Sisters: April Minor and Brenda Kay Barnett.
She is survived by her daughter, Crystal Gail Fugate of Friendswood, TX. Two brothers: Arthur Tothe of Chicago, Illinois and Dwayne Barnett of Pasadena, TX. Two sisters: Sarah Elizabeth Campbell of Ashland, KY and Donna Gail McAdams (Ricky) of Madisonville, TX. Special niece: Christianne Clemons of Lost Creek, KY. Special great niece: Kaitlynn Nicole Johnson of London, KY. She is also survived by a host of great nieces, nephews and a host great grandnieces and nephews, many cousins and friends.
A Celebration of Life will be scheduled at a later date. Interment of remains will be at the Fugate Family Cemetery, Fugates Fork Road, Hardshell, KY. Deaton Funeral Home in charge of arrangements
