Outhar Allen Miller, age 70, passed away on January 3, 2024 at his residence in Jackson, Kentucky.
Outhar was born in October 15, 1953 to the late Jason Miller and Grethel Gay.
Outhar is survived by Brother; Willard(Annie) Taulbee, Sister; Rhonda Miller, Three Nieces; Grethel Jones, Crystal Dean, Abigail Taulbee, Two Nephews; Willard Taulbee Jr., Gerard Taulbee, along with a Host of Great Nieces and Great Nephews.
A Memorial Services for Outhar Allen Miller will be held on Saturday January 6, 2024 at 2:00 P.M. at The Watts Funeral Home Chapel in Jackson, Kentucky.
