Kathleen Smith, 64 of Middle Quicksand Rd. Decoy passed away Sunday December 10th, 2023 at St. Joseph Hospital in London Ky. She was the daughter of the late Chester and Madeline Bailey Howard. She enjoyed attending Church, serving the Lord and spending time with her Grandchildren & Cocoa. She was a member of the Decoy Community Church for many years and was the longest attending member. Kathleen is survived by her husband of 47 years A.C. Smith and their 2-Daughters; Laurie Brook (Sherman) Clemons, and Amy Elizabeth (Scottie) Raleigh 3 - Grandchildren; Kree Kathleen Clemons, Canaan Aclee Clemons, and Naaman Christopher Clemons. She is also survived by 2 - Brothers; Noah (Pat) Howard, and Lester Howard, 3 - Sisters; Rella Smith, Liz (Larry) Smith, and Martha (Steve) Ferguson and a host of Nieces and Nephews. Kathleen was also survived by her "Daughter at heart" Angel Marshal and "Grandchildren at heart"; Nevaeh Sparger, Michael Sparger, and Jazzlyn Hale. Other than her Parents, she was preceded in death by 4- Sisters; Lora "Tine" Miller, Jenny Little, Shelby Jean Howard, and Tilda Johnson, Sister-in-law Mary Howard and 2- Special Nephews; Brian Howard and Chris Smith. Visitation for Kathleen will be held at the Decoy Community Church Tuesday, December 12th at 5:00pm and the following day Wednesday, December 13th at 5:00 pm with Church services both nights at 6:00 pm. Her Funeral will be held Thursday December 14th at 11:00 am at the church with Paul Staton, Darren Melton, and Jamie Hughes officiating. Burial will follow in the Chris Smith Family Cemetery at Decoy with Friends and Family serving as pallbearers,
