Juanita Elam Muir Campbell, 75, Vancleve passed away Sunday, December 3, in Stanton. She was the daughter of the late Sammy Edwin and Alma Lou Trent Elam. She was also preceded in death by son, Jonathan Muir; brother, Andrew Elam; sister, Jeanette Elam Frances. Juanita was a loving mother, sister and aunt. She was strong willed in the Christian faith, a devout Baptist. She enjoyed crocheting and had a passion for reading. She is survived by her daughter, Jennifer Muir (Jarrett) Norman; grandson, Jonathn Muir Jr. "Hall", Jade Norman, Isaac Norman; sisters, Evelyn Elam Fletcher, Joyce Elam Fletcher, Betty Elam (Charles) Harvey; brothers, Roger (Polly) Elam, Boyd (Marie) Elam; host of nephews and nieces. Visitation Wednesday, December 6, 11:00 AM with funeral Wednesday, 1:00 PM at the funeral home with Steve Kilburn and David Fletcher officiating. Burial in the Tyra Cemetery at Frozen. Serving as pallbearers will be family and friends.
