Joyce Rogers, age 82 of Beattyville, Kentucky, passed away Saturday, August 24, 2024 at Lee County Care and Rehabilitation Center.
Joyce was born on October 09, 1941 to the late Millard and Lou Alice Puckett Burkhart.
She is survived by one daughter, Shirri Smith of Beattyville, Kentucky, two sons, Ray (Brenda) Nichols and Patrick Rogers, grandchildren, McKenzie, Kylie, Jolene, Shannon, Jimmy Wayne (Jayna), and Brandon, numerous great grandchildren, several nieces, nephews, and other loving relatives and friends.
In addition to her parents, Millard and Lou Alice Puckett Burkhart, she was preceded in death by her granddaughter, Emily and several siblings.
Funeral services for Joyce Rogers will be conducted Friday, August 30, 2024 at 1:00 PM from Watts Funeral Home Chapel in Jackson, Kentucky with Jeff Porter officiating. She will be laid to rest in the Hensley - Angel Cemetery at Athol, Kentucky. Friends may visit the funeral home Thursday, August 29, 2024 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
