Jeffrey Eugene Gabbard, 66, Lost Creek passed away Monday, October 9, at the Hazard Appalachian Regional Hospital. Jeffrey was a factory worker and a mechanic. He enjoyed working on cars and riding 4 wheelers. He was the son of the late Rexford L. and Norma J. Noble Gabbard. He was also preceded in death by two brothers, Darrel Gabbard and David Gabbard. He is survived by brother, Steve (Anita) Gabbard; sisters, Martha Gabbard and Laura Jean Collins Gabbard; daughter, Jennifer Dunn. Burial in the Noble Cemetery #1 at Lost Creek.
There will be a private graveside service.
