Noble to Lead State Rainbows
June 27, 2025

Jackson Noble, an eighteen-year-old Breathitt County woman, will lead the Grand Council of Kentucky for the International Order of the Rainbow Girls.
Noble was appointed and installed as the Grand Worthy Advisor at the 75th Annual Assembly of the Rainbow Girls during special ceremonies at the Paroquet Springs Conference Center in Shepherdsville on June 22.
She is the daughter of Leslie “Bear” and Opal (Murrell) Noble of War Shoal Branch and is a 2025 graduate of Breathitt High School.
Noble joined the Magoffin Assembly No. 47 of Rainbow Girls in 2018 and is the first Rainbow Girl from Breathitt County to serve in the state's top post.
The Order of Rainbow Girls is a Masonic-based youth service organization established in 1922 to help teach faith, hope, and charity. The organization consists of females aged eleven through nineteen who must have good moral character, believe in God, and be sponsored by a Master Mason or a member of several other fraternal societies.
Noble’s theme for the year will be “Stay Curious” and will feature Alice in Wonderland imagery. She will focus on Faith as the theme of her educational presentations and will use the white dogwood and red rose as her flowers.
Two other Breathitt High School students will serve as state officers for 2025-2026. Brystal Allen, the daughter of Casey and Tosha Allen, will serve as Grand Drill Leader and the Representative to Indiana. Alexis Hollon, the daughter of Justin W. Hollon and LaCricha Hall, will fill the Grand Patriotism chair and serve as the American Flag Bearer.
All three young women will represent Breathitt County and serve until their replacements are appointed on June 27, 2026.
A healthy Breathitt County requires great community news.
