Donna Oaks Fraley

Donna Oaks Fraley age 78 of Jackson, Kentucky passed away Tuesday, April 8, 2025 at University of Louisville Hospital in Louisville, Kentucky.

Donna was born November 4,1946 to the late Ray and Cleta Oaks. She is preceded in death by her Daughter Alicia Fraley Smith and her sister Carolyn Wilson.

Donna is survived by her husband, Curtis Fraley of Hazard, Kentucky; one sister, Peggy (Donny) Williams of Alabama; one brother, Harold (Jan) Oaks of Michigan; one grandson, Jeremy (Morgan) Smith of Flatwoods, Kentucky; two great grandsons, Beau Smith and Emmett Smith, and a host of nieces, nephews, and other loving family and friends.

Visitation for Donna will be held Sunday, April 13, 2025 from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Watts Funeral Home Chapel with services beginning at 12:00 PM with Archie Combs officiating. Donna will be laid to rest in the Jackson Cemetery at Jackson, Kentucky. Pallbearers include Trey Williams, Chris Barnett, Ryan Williams, Jeremy Smith, Donny Williams and Rick Smith.
