Gary Gene Strong

Gary Gene Strong, age 69, of Jackson, KY passed away on Tuesday, March 11, 2025, at the UK St. Clair Hospital in Morehead, KY of an extended illness.  He was born April 22, 1955, at Ary, KY and was preceded in death by his father: Clay Strong.  His son: Christopher Strong.  His brothers:  Anthony Strong, Delmas Strong and Robert Strong.  His sister: Debrah Sue Hudson.  He is survived by wife: Norma Strong of Jackson, KY.   His mother:  Mollie Strong of Jackson, KY.  Two brothers:  Larry Strong and Troy Strong of Jackson, KY.  Two grandsons:  Issac Strong and Nicholas Strong, of Grayson, KY.  His granddaughter:  Susanna Strong of Grayson, KY.   His is also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, many other relatives and friends.  Funeral services will be held on Saturday, March 15, 2025, at 1:00 pm at Deaton Funeral Home Chapel with Jonathan Clemens officiating.  Burial in Jackson Cemetery.  Visitation will begin at 11:00 am Saturday until time of service.  Deaton Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
