Teresa Lynn Lucas

Teresa Lynn Lucas, 45, of Jackson, Kentucky passed away on Sunday, February 23, 2025 in Wolfe County. She was born on October 15, 1979 in Lexington.

Teresa dedicated her career to helping others as a registered nurse. Her work brought her great fulfillment and she took pride in caring for those in need.

In her free time, Teresa enjoyed collecting purses and found joy in spending time with her family.

Teresa was preceded in death by her mother, Audrey Jean Vires Lucas.  She is survived by her father, Samuel Lucas; brothers, Samuel "Pete" Lucas (Tracy) and John Earl Lucas (Hope); host of uncles and aunts; host of nephews and nieces.

Visitation will be Wednesday, February 26, at the funeral home from 5:00 - 9:00 PM with the funeral service being held Thursday, February 27 at 1:00 PM with Mike Spencer and David McIntosh officiating.  Burial will follow in the Lawson Cemetery at Mt. Carmel with John Lucas, Pete Lucas, Jesse Lucas, Jake Lucas, Cody Lucas, Dylan Lucas, Burley Patton, John Hines serving as pallbearers.
