Geneva Combs

Geneva Combs, 56 of Lower Lost Creek, passed away Sunday, February 2, 2025 at the Greg and Noreen Wells Hospice Care Center in Hazard.

Geneva was the daughter of the late Codell and Sally Miller Combs and she was also preceded in death by her son, Matthew Kallen Combs; her brothers, Courtney Eugene Neace, Verlie Ray Combs, Andrew Miller; her aunts and uncles, Brenda Combs, Lola Miller, Clarence (Bessie) Mullins, Louise Collins, Silas (Edith) Miller, Hess Miller.

She was a disabled nurse and in her spare time she enjoyed fishing, swimming, tanning, riding 4 wheelers, gardening, watching movies, listening to music, playing with her dogs and spending time with her family. She was of the Christian faith.

Geneva is survived by her significant other, Carlos Clark; her sons, John Engle (Rheannon Clark), Bradley Dale Combs; her sisters, Greta (Donald) Stacy, Linda (Quinton) Combs; Carlos' sons, Jordan Drew Combs, Carlos Daniel Combs; grandchildren, Amia Lilly Combs, Drew Celo Combs; her nieces, Charlene Crase, Nicole Fisher; her aunts, Clara Combs, Martha Lou Combs; her uncles, Raymond Combs, Nathan Miller; her nephews and nieces, Joseph Jones, Marcus Justin Jones, Sallamae (Jonathan) Neace; host of great nieces, great nephews and friends.

Visitation for Geneva will be held Thursday, February 6 from 5:00 - 9:00 PM at the Breathitt Funeral Home and her funeral service will be Friday, February 7, at 12:00 PM Noon with Eldon Miller and Beecher Collins officiating.  Burial will follow in the Combs Cemetery at Lost Creek with family serving as pallbearers.
