Amos Richardson

Amos Richardson, 86 of Jackson, Ky passed away Monday January 20, 2025 at ARH Advanced Care- Hazard, Ky.

Amos was born in Breathitt county to the late Cleatous and Sarah Richardson. He is also preceded in death by seven Sisters: MaryAnn Bailey, Minnie Frederick, Aggie Jones, Lulaphine Russell, Geneva Craig, Lillie Mae Reynolds, and Cora Gross. Five Brothers: Albert Richardson, Leonard Richardson, Mack Richardson, Willis Richardson, and Harrison Richardson. 

Amos was a retired carpenter, he is survived by one Brother: Cleatous Cohen (Lorene) Richardson of Coffeyville, Kansas. One Sister: Marcella (Russell) Hays- Greenville, Tn. Brother in-law: George Bailey- Jackson, Ky. Sister in-law: Jane Richardson- FlatRock, Mich. Amos is also survived by a huge host of Nieces, Nephews, family, relatives, and a whole host of wonderful precious friends, as well as acquaintances who were apart of his support group. 

Viewing for Amos will be Thursday January 23, 2025 from 12:00 P.M to 6:00 P.M at Watts Funeral Home Chapel In Lieu of florals please make donations to American Cancer Society. Burial will be held at a later date.
