Juanita Ruth Miller Godsey

Juanita Ruth Miller Godsey, 63 of London, Kentucky formerly of Breathitt County passed away Friday, November 22, 2024 in London.

She was born May 11, 1961 in Columbus, Ohio a daughter of Betty Lou Noble Miller and the late Arlas Miller.

Juanita was a retired nurse having worked at the Wolfe County Nursing home and Corbin Health and Rehab. She loved fishing with Rodney Brock, traveling, cooking, baking and talking.....a lot. She was also a member of the New Harvest Church.

Juanita leaves the following family to cherish her memory: mother, Betty Lou Noble Miller; sons, David (Stephanie) Godsey, and Stephen (Sarah) Godsey; grandchildren, Ryder, Willow, Charli (David), Gatlin, Blakely (Stephen); brothers, Arlas "Cotton" Miller, and Paul "Tim" Miller; sisters, Lois (Andrew) Johnson, Lynn Branson, and Abigail Morris; father of her children, Darrell Godsey. She also leaves behind a host of other relatives and friends to mourn her passing.

Juanita was preceded in death by her father Arlas Miller.

There will be a service Celebrating the life of Juanita Ruth Miller Godsey Friday, November 29, 2024 at the New Harvest Church, 4185 W. Laurel Rd. at 7:00 PM. with Shawn Allen and Wes Hamlin officiating. Visitation will be held from 5:00 PM until time of service.
