Pastor John Daniel Wade, Jr

Pastor John Daniel Wade, Jr, age 77, of Jackson, KY passed away on Saturday, November 23, 2024, at the Hazard Nursing Home in Hazard, KY.  He was born May 8, 1947, in Kenton County, KY and was the son of the late John Daniel Wade, Sr and Flora Velma Hammon Wade.  He was also preceded in death by a host of brothers and sisters.  He is survived by his wife: Bonnie Robinson Wade of Jackson, KY.  One son:  John Daniel (Anna) Wade, III of Jackson, KY.  Two daughters:  Lisa Wade of Jackson, KY and Christy (Earl) Hall of Canoe, KY.  Four grandchildren:  Melody Wade, Beth (Daniel) Smith, Shawn Hall, Joshua Hall.  Five great grandchildren:  Thaddeus Smith, Amelia Smith, Annaliese Flynn, Caroline Flynn, Riley Flynn.  He is also survived by a host of other relatives and friends.  Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, November 26, 2024, at 1:00 pm at Deaton Funeral Home Chapel with Roger Long officiating.  Burial in the High Top Church Cemetery, Jackson, KY.  Visitation will begin on Tuesday at 11:00 am until time of service.
