Johnny Ray Molands

Johnny Ray Molands, 82, Mt. Sterling passed away Tuesday, July 23, at his residence.

He was a retired truckdriver of 50 years.

He was the son of the late Franklin and Birtha Gross Molands. He was also preceded in death by son, Johnny Ray Molands Jr.; brothers, Herbert Cecil Molands, Corbit Molands, Roger Molands; sisters, Athina Marshall, Beverly Coomer, Marie Deaton.

He is survived by his wife of 24 years, Brenda Shull Molands; sons, Roger Molands (Beth), Darren Molands, John Christian Molands; daughters, Tina Feathers, Miranda Brown, Ann Marie Molands; brothers, Walter Molands, David Molands (Sheila); sisters, Joyce Lankford (Raymond); several grandchildren and great grandchildren; several nephews and nieces.

Visitation will be Thursday, July 25, 6:00 - 8:00 PM and funeral service Friday, July 26, 1:00 PM at the funeral home with Carl McIntosh officiating.

Burial will follow in the Jackson Cemetery.

Serving as pallbearers will be Doug Fraley, Mathew Molands, Shane Watts, Hershell Watts, Paul Terry.
