James Matthew Baker, age 48, of Jackson, KY passed away on Sunday, July 14, 2024 at KY River Medical Center in Jackson, KY. He was born January 25, 1976 in Hazard, KY. He is survived by his father: Matthew (Beatrice) Gross of Jackson, KY. His mother: Donna Coomer (Willard) Robinson of Jackson, KY. Three daughters: Emily (Michael) Watkins, and Chelsea Baker, both of Jackson, KY. Taylor Chandler of Lexington, KY. Three brothers: Gary Gross, Willard (Crystal) Robinson and Matthew (Alexandria) Gross, all of Jackson, KY. Step brothers: Thomas Little, Jr Robinson and Scott Robinson of Jackson, KY. One sister: Jessica Little of Jackson, KY. Step sister: Sandra Little of Jackson, KY. One grandchild: Eli Watkins. There will be a visitation only on Wednesday, July 17, 2024 from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm at Deaton Funeral Home. No funeral services. Deaton Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
