Mary Hazel Bowling Strong

Mary Hazel Bowling Strong, age 67, of Jackson, KY passed away on Saturday, July 13, 2024 at the KY River Medical Center in Jackson. She was born November 9, 1956 in Jackson, KY and was the daughter of the late Virgil and Freda Mae Haddix Bowling. She was also preceded in death by husband: Delmas Strong. Sister: Susie Bowling Marshall. She is survived by two sons: Delmas Dwayne Strong and Jeremy Strong, both of Jackson, KY. Her daughter: Susie (David) Whitely of Jackson, KY. Two brothers: Frank Bowling and Donald (Rose) Bowling of Jackson, KY. One sister: Virginia Turner of Jackson, KY. Grandchildren: Gage Strong, Makaylie Whitely, Gavin Whitely, Luscious Whitely, Leah Whitely. She is aslo survived by a host of nieces, nephews, and other relatives. Graveside service will be held on Wednesday, July 17, 2024 at 10:00 am at the Spicer-Turner-Shouse Cemetery, Town Hill Road, Jackson, KY with George Dana Spicer officating. A visitation will be held on Tuesday from 5:00-9:00 pm at Deaton Funeral Home. Deaton Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
