Justin Taylor Collins

Justin Taylor Collins 27, of Chavies, formerly of Breathitt County passed away Friday July 5, 2024 at his home.

Justin was a lineman for Hurley Electrical Contracting and enjoyed hunting, riding 4-wheelers, cooking and spending time with his son Harrison. He attended the Altro Church of God.

He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents; John & Ida Collins, and maternal grandmother; Addie McDaniel.

Justin leaves behind his loving parents Johnny "Bud" and Melissa Collins, his biological mother, Charlene Collins; his son; Harrison Taylor Collins & mom, Amber Hudson, 2-brothers; twin Dustin Collins (Rachel Short), and Payton Collins, 2-sisters; Ashley (Shawn) Abbott, and Holly (McKinley) Mills, nephew; Jayden Adams, maternal grandfather; Joey McDaniel also surviving are a host of other family and friends.

Visitation for Justin will be held Tuesday July 9th from 5:00-9:00 PM. His Funeral will begin Wednesday at 1:00 PM. at the Breathitt Funeral Home Chapel with Chris Turner and Larry Collins officiating. He will be laid to rest in the Collins Family Cemetery at Whick with Dustin Collins, Payton Collins, Trenton Brewer, Dalton West, Jacob 'Big Jake" Baker and Shawn Abbott serving as pallbearers. Honorary pallbearers are Johnny "Bud" Collins, Mikey Sebastian and Dillon Chaney.
