Lula Mae Spicer

Lula Mae Spicer, age 71, of Jackson, Kentucky passed away on Thursday February 15, 2024 at Greg and Noreen Wells Hospice Care Center.

Lula was born on March 24, 1952 to the late Jim and Thelma Clemons Moore. She attended Elkatawa Free Methodist Church. She was a Waitress and a Supervisor.

Lula is survived by Her Husband; Delmer Ray Spicer of Jackson, Kentucky, One Daughter; Angel Spicer (Eddie Sheffield), One Son; Dickie Ray Spicer, Special Granddaughter; Ashley Kaye Campbell, Grandchildren; Brooklynn Sheffield, Misty Manning, Jacob Sheffield, Peyton Sheffield, Jason Sheffield, Three Brothers; James Moore (Ruth), Russell Moore, Hubert Moore, and a Host of Nieces, Nephews, Other Relatives and Friends.

Lula was preceded in death by her Parents; Jim and Thelma Clemons Moore, Daughter; Donna Yvonne Spicer, Sister; Yvonne Fugate, Brother; Buford Moore.

Funeral Services for Lula Mae Spicer will be held on Monday February 19, 2024 at 1:00 P.M. at Watts Funeral Home Chapel in Jackson, Kentucky with Doug Finley officiating. Lula will be laid to rest in the Spicer Family Cemetery in Jackson, Kentucky with Dickie Ray Spicer, Rodney Moore, James Moore, Peyton Sheffield, Jacob Sheffield, and Anthony Robert’s serving as Pallbearers. Visitation will be held at Watts Funeral Home on Saturday February 17 and Sunday February 18 at 6:00 P.M.
