Elijah White

Elijah White, age 83, passed away on Saturday April 13, 2024 at Greg and Noreen Wells Hospice Care in Hazard, Kentucky.

Elijah was born on August 30, 1940 to the late Goodloe and Sally White. He was a retired Railroad employee, Member of River Caney Regular Baptist Church, Member of Breathitt County Lodge 649 F & AM, and a Member of Breathitt County Shriners.

Elijah is survived by One Daughter; Jenny (Charles) Baker of Lost Creek, Kentucky, Two Sons; Dan (Norma Jean) White of Lost Creek, Kentucky, Floyd (Tracy) White of Lost Creek, Kentucky, One Sister; Christine Kulencamp, Five Grandchildren; Daniel, Angie, Nathaniel, Jessica(Kevin), Casey, Four Great Grandchildren; Nevaeh, Amelia, Kathryn, Corah, a Host of Nieces, Nephews, o and other relatives and friends.

Elijah was preceded in death by His Wife; Lueranie White, His Parents; Goodloe and Sally White, and Grandson; Kevin White.

Funeral Services for Elijah White will be held at The Watts Funeral Home in Jackson, Kentucky on Friday April 19, 2024 at 1:00 P.M. with Kenneth Noble and Teddy Bailey officiating. He will be laid to rest in the Hughes and White Cemetery at River Caney, Kentucky with Family and Friends serving as Pallbearers, and Wendell Gross, Ervine Allen, Danny Roberts, and John Boy Bush serving as Honorary Pallbearers. Visitation will be held on Thursday April 18, 2024 at 5:00 P.M. at the funeral home with Masonic Rites at 7:00 P.M.
