Samuel McIntosh

Samuel McIntosh, 56, Jackson passed away Tuesday, April 9, at the Hazard Appalachian Regional Hospital. He was the son of the late Samuel and Betty Johnson McIntosh. He was also preceded in death by sister, Phyllis McIntosh. He was a general laborer and enjoyed building and riding dune buggies. He is survived by his daughter, Dena Perkins; brother, AC McIntosh; grandchildren; Tia Perkins, Maci Perkins, Jakob Perkins. A memorial graveside service will be held Sunday, April 14, 12:00 PM at the Robinson Fork Family Cemetery with Lee Johnson officiating.
